Auberge La Chatelaine was the historic summer home of the Buchanan family, built in 1892. It is located in the city of Pointe Au Pic, Quebec, Canada. An area that is also known as Murray Bay where the mountains meet the St. Lawrence river. Whale watching on the St. Lawrence is very popular as well as hiking and river rafting. All manner of outdoor activities are found in Charlevoix as well as sight seeing trips up the Saguenay fjord. All this plus some of the finest dining in Canada. World class gold course and one of the oldest in Canada at Murray Bay.
