Lovely Tudor-style home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Towering shade trees in a private back yard. Situated along scenic route, 5 minutes from the University of Victoria. Tranquil surroundings near beaches, nature walks, flower gardens, yet only 20 minutes from city center (30 minutes by bus). Relax on the sundeck or in the piano room (you may even serenade us) after a busy day's sightseeing.

Between December 20 and January 3 our property is available as a vacation rental destination for up to 6 guests. Rates start at $650 per week for two people (add $150 per extra person per week). If your stay in Victoria is longer than the above dates, special arrangements may be made either to extend your vacation rental or add on bed-and-breakfast accommodation for the remainder of your time here. Please enquire.

Unless you specify otherwise, we assume you will check in at 5 pm. However, we will gladly welcome you at another time as long as you tell us of your plans in advance or notify us immediately if you encounter any delays or schedule changes (ferry, airline, etc). Check-out is by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
cancellation policy:
3 weeks: 1.) There is a $25 fee for cancellations between the time of booking and three weeks before arrival. 2.) One-night charge for cancellations within three weeks of arrival time; this charge--except for $25--may be waived if we can rebook the room or suite. 3.) Cancellations on the day of arrival are charged the full amount of the reserved stay (two nights maximum charge).
