Turn back the clock to the *Gilded Age.* Hampton Terrace was built in 1897 to participate in Lenox/s annual summer social season, which included other local *cottage* owners, such as the Morgans, Astors, Carnegies, Vanderbilts and Westinghouses. An Inn since 1937, Hampton Terrace is located in Lenox town center and is one mile from Tanglewood. Enjoy beautifully detailed public rooms with sconces, fireplaces, elaborate moldings and a breath-taking three-story suspended stair.
