General Information

The Inn is an 1880's Victorian home with 14 guest rooms and 4 suites, all with their own distinct charm. Our common areas are comfortable and inviting. We serve a full country breakfast, along with afternoon tea each day. The Inn is set on four acres of beautiful gardens and lawns; a country atmosphere with in-town conveniences. Great restaurants nearby, as well as numerous outlet shops. Close to Stratton and Bromley Mountains. Come relax by the pool in summer or sit by the fire in winter. Our motto is, 'Peace,Pancakes and Pampering'.

Please note that according to Vermont Law, our Inn is non-smoking. If it is found that a room has been smoked in, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

The Inn at Manchester has a full liquor license, which by Vermont law prohibits guests from bringing alcoholic beverages purchased from another location to be consumed on our property.
deposit amount required:
An advance deposit is required upon booking your reservation. For special events and holiday periods, full-prepayment is requested.
Special restrictions: A one night's deposit will be taken in order to reserve the room.
check in/out times are:
Check in: 3:00 PM.
Check Out: 11:00 AM
Special restrictions: Late arrivals will be instructed on how to find their room.
cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date we will return your deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee. For holiday periods, foliage and large groups, we require 30 days cancellation notice.
In the event that you cancel your reservation(s) outside of the cancellation period noted above, we will refund your payment, less the cancellation fee, only if we are able to re-rent your room -- and we will try! However, if we are unsuccessful in re-renting your room, we will keep your deposit.
In the case of on-arrival or departure prior to your scheduled check-out date, you are still responsible for your entire reservation and will be charged. If we are successful in re-booking your room you will not be charged for the nights the room is re-rented

Chai (miniature poodle) and Houston (miniature schnauzer)Both our guys here LOVE our guests and visa versa!
