Nestled in the heart of Apple Valley Resort at Cherokee Lake, HearthStone Bed and Breakfast is a remodled log cabin set on two acres of heavily forested land. Enjoy our two rooms in the main inn furnished with antiques or one of our three private cottages. Our unique location provides our guests with a quiet lakeside getaway with many area attractions and activities just a short distance away. HearthStone Bed & Breakfast is the place to stay for peace, relaxation, vacation and fun. We are located just 15 minutes from I-40, 31 miles from Knoxville, 30 miles from Pigeon Forge, 6 miles from Carson-Newman College, and 30 minutes from 2 large shopping malls, HearthStone is an excellent location for whatever you desire. The lodge is located on the shores of Cherokee Lake, where visitors can feel free to swim, fish, boat, or take a romantic walk on the beach. We have onsite boat rental as well as dock space available to guests with boats. During the winter months, visitors can hike the hills or simply sit by the fireplace on the main floor and enjoy the view of the lake or watch the latest movies on satellite television. Each of our two beautiful inn rooms have uniquely exposed logs, a private bathroom, air conditioning, furnished with antiques, and are very cozy for a couple. The complete main inn can be rented and sleeps up to 8 people. The three cottages have full kitchens, bathrooms, masterbed rooms, living rooms, dining roomms and may sleep from 2-8 people. The entire property is non-smoking. There are several tourist attractions and restaurants located just minutes from the lodge in Jefferson City, Knoxville, Pigeion Forge, Gatlinburg, and the majestic Great Smoky Mountains.
